Pricing that fits how you actually run.
Shape a Cibus proposal around the products, locations, payment setup, hardware and support your operation requires. Commercial terms are prepared after discovery, so every quoted component has a clear scope.

Know what the proposal covers before you decide.
The proposal records the operating scope discussed during discovery. Commercial terms, third-party costs and implementation responsibilities are presented for review rather than implied by a package name.
What shapes your quote.
A short, honest set of variables — none with a fixed public price. Together they shape one proposal that matches your operation.
A café and a multi-site group shouldn't pay the same way. One quote, shaped to your operation.
Product mix, payment setup, hardware and rollout all differ — so a single public price would only mislead. We shape the commercial model to what you actually run, openly, during discovery.

The questions buyers actually ask.
Do you publish fixed prices?
Cibus pricing depends on product mix, location count, payment setup, hardware needs and support level. A tailored quote avoids misleading one-size-fits-all pricing.
Can I start with core operations and add growth tools later?
Yes. Start with the operating products you need and review additional Storefront, Reach, Stories or Rider scope as your requirements change. Dependencies and commercial terms are confirmed before each addition.
Are payment processing costs included?
Payment processing depends on your setup, such as Stripe and Stripe Terminal. Processing terms are reviewed during discovery and listed separately where relevant.
Do you support multi-location or partner pricing?
Yes. Cibus supports multi-location operators and sales-agent-led growth, with commercial terms shaped around the rollout.
How is customer data handling scoped?
The applicable agreement and privacy information define who acts as controller or processor for each data flow, which access is authorised, how long records are retained and how rights requests are routed. The exact scope depends on the products and markets selected.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on products, locations, menu preparation, data, payment setup, hardware, integrations, training and operational readiness. Discovery produces a proposed sequence; Cibus does not publish a standard duration before that review.
