1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Cibus marketing website. They do not govern a restaurant’s subscription to, or use of, Cibus product applications. Product use, service levels, payment processing, support, data processing and commercial terms are set out in the agreement accepted by the relevant customer.

The website is operated for the Cibus brand by Cibus AI Ltd, company number 15873165, 7 Alford Road, Stockport SK4 5AW, United Kingdom, working with NSD Multi Resources Sdn Bhd, company number 201601021643 (1192582-T), for the Malaysian market.

2. Using the website

You may use the website to learn about Cibus and contact us for a legitimate purpose.

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, forms or connected systems;
• submit unlawful, misleading, malicious or abusive material;
• interfere with website availability, security or other visitors;
• copy or reuse protected brand, design or content assets except as permitted by law;
• use automated requests in a way that degrades the service or ignores published rules.

3. Enquiries and demos

Sending a form asks Cibus to respond; it does not create a customer contract, reserve a deployment date or guarantee that a product, integration, payment method or commercial term is available in your market. We confirm scope, market fit, hardware, dependencies and a quote during discovery.

Please provide accurate business contact information and do not include card data, passwords, diner information, health information or other unnecessary sensitive data in a free-text field.

4. Product and website information

We work to keep product descriptions accurate. Screenshots and interface mockups marked “Illustrative” show example workflows, not customer records, endorsements or performance evidence. Availability and configuration can vary by market, restaurant, module, hardware and third-party provider.

Guides and FAQs are general operational information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, payment-scheme or food-safety advice. Obtain specialist advice for obligations that apply to your restaurant.

5. Intellectual property

The Cibus name, logos, website design, product illustrations and original website content are owned by Cibus or used with permission. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights. You may link to public pages and make a reasonable copy for internal evaluation, provided you do not remove notices or suggest an endorsement.

6. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party services or primary sources. Their operators control their content, availability and privacy practices. A link is provided for context and does not by itself mean that Cibus endorses every statement or service on that site.

7. Availability and liability

We may update, suspend or remove website content. The website is delivered and monitored through third-party infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare and Sentry, whose networks we do not control. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability or that every page is error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Cibus is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on this marketing website or an external site it links to.

8. Privacy and cookies

Our Website Privacy Notice explains how form and enquiry information is handled. The Cookie Policy describes browser storage and optional analytics controls.

9. Applicable law

For use relating to Cibus AI Ltd, these website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to its courts, except where mandatory consumer or local law says otherwise. Malaysian commercial relationships are confirmed by NSD Multi Resources Sdn Bhd during discovery and in the applicable customer agreement.
